Scott has worked with some of the top training organizations in the world including, Pecos River, Aon Consulting and Outward Bound. He has studied adult learning, leadership, conflict resolution, change management, and much more at the hands of some of the most talented trainers in North America.
Scott is also a licensed facilitator of The Coaching Clinic©, Identity Mapping©, Foundations of Leadership™ , Effective Intelligence® and Emotional Intelligence®.
Years of experience, two undergraduate degrees and a Masters in Leadership and Training provide Scott with unique qualifications to design and deliver some of the most innovative corporate experiential based training available today. Scott is also a professor for the University Of Windsor Odette School Of Business, and teaches in their Executive MBA program. He was recently voted professor of the year.
