Scott has a deep passion and decades of experience in climbing mountains. He is the 51st Canadian to summit Mount Everest and, most recently, in standing atop Antarctica's Mount Vinson, he became the 18th Canadian to climb the "Seven Summits" - the highest points on each of the seven continents.
"Scott’s high-energy talk on his Everest climb kept everyone in awe, demonstrating how successes and failures directly related to the team and their interactions with each other."
-Valerie Hotton, Mgr. Special Projects, Tax Appeals Branch, Ministry of Revenue, Ontario
When Scott engages his audiences with tales of an audacious Everest climb in which arrests and deportations were frequent, and then seamlesslessly ties that into reaching one's professional and personal goals, one can't help but listen.
And one can't help but learn as Scott demonstrates that the tools he uses to find success in the mountains are the same ones he uses as a business leader, speaker and author. Each member of the audience can apply these tools in the workplace to develop their teams, focus on their circles of influence and achieve their personal "summits".

"Scott's engaging story-telling made this one of the best presentations I've seen in a long time. I highly recommend him as a speaker to any team looking to transform themselves from a Good Team to a High Performance Great Team."
-Edmar Selda, Mid-Marlket Commercial Account Manager, BMO Bank of Montreal
Scott’s presentations are high energy, engaging and passionate. But, most importantly, they are relevent to the challenges faced by organizations and their teams today.
